Magic link not arriving

Check spam for [email protected], wait a minute, then request a fresh link from the sign-in page. Each link is single-use and expires — always use the newest email.

API returns 401 Unauthorized

Confirm you are sending your key as a Bearer token in the Authorization header and that the key still exists in the console. Keys are shown once at creation; if lost, mint a new one. Full request format is in the docs.

Answers seem slow or a model is unavailable

Try a faster tier from the model picker, or retry in a minute — individual upstream providers occasionally rate-limit. Persistent problems are worth a support note with the approximate time and model name.

File upload rejected

Images up to 4MB and documents (PDF, Word) up to 8MB are supported. Scanned, image-only PDFs have no extractable text — the assistant will say so honestly.
