The policy

The full privacy policy lives at rivenai.io/privacy. It is the authoritative description of what we collect and why.

The short version

We collect what is needed to run the service: your email for sign-in, your conversations and uploads so your threads work, and usage records so billing is accurate. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Uploaded files

Files you attach to a chat are stored with that thread and used only to answer you in that thread. To have uploads removed, ask via the contact page.

Access or deletion requests

To export or delete your data, contact us from your account email. Security disclosures go to the address on the security page.
